We want you to love your Kiwi & Co pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on all unworn items with original tags within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure items are free from makeup, perfume, and signs of wear to be eligible for a full refund.

Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Kiwi & Co tags are still attached and the delivery note is included.
Ship It Back
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, drop your package at a local collection point, and keep your proof of postage.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
